Launched in 2010, the Trax User Group is a client forum for the Trax Match service.
The Trax User Group was formed to further cultivate our long standing client relationships and ensure that clients continue to play a central role in shaping the future of the Trax Match engine.
Trax occupies a unique position in the fixed income community, and is now also expanding into other asset classes. The Trax User Group comprises senior professionals from all industry sectors using Trax, and includes buy-side, sell-side and fund administrator firms. They all work together to capture a comprehensive view of the market, including current and future developments.
Sharing knowledge and expertise
The Trax User Group meets every quarter to look at ways in which we can enhance and expand the service to benefit the user community. This is driven by the needs of our users.
For example, clients are always looking for ways to further increase automation and Straight-Through Processing (STP), and we have explored the use of Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs).
Trax relies on the members of the group to provide constructive feedback, and to highlight what impact proposed changes or market developments will have on their activities.
